Built in 1903 as part of the creation of Queen Victoria Street (which directly linked Broad Street to Station Road), this building was possibly designed by Joseph Morris. It was Grade II listed in 1978 along with the rest of the Queen Victoria Street development.

Itsu is a British chain of East Asian-inspired fast food shops founded by Julian Metcalfe & Clive Schlee in 1997. Its name means 'when' in Japanese.

2015 - iRepair moved to smaller premises at No. 49. It was replaced by Japanese-style fast food shop Itsu, which remodelled the shop frontage and moved the entrance.
