This building appears almost unchanged since photographs from the 1870s, when it was a pub called the Clarence Hotel.

Former Timothy Whites building I (remodelled)

This building was erected for the chemist chain Timothy Whites in 1930. Its frontage was remodelled and simplified in 2003 for the fashion retailer East.

Flying Tiger Copenhagen (variety retailer)

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish variety store chain selling mostly toys and accessories. It was founded in 1995. Until 2016, it traded as Tiger in the UK, but then chose to harmonise its various identities across the global market, settling on Flying Tiger Copenhagen.
