Broad Street Independent Chapel

The shops, arch and tower comprising the frontage were added in 1892 when the chapel (built in 1800), which was set back from the road behind a courtyard, was extended to the edge of the street. The chapel itself closed in 1984 and was reopened as shop space in 1995. It was Grade II listed in 1978.

Accessorize (accessories retailer)

Accessorize is a chain selling bags, jewellery and other accessories. It is owned by Monsoon Accessorize Ltd and was founded in London in 1984 as a spin-off from ladies' fashion retailer Monsoon.

2018 - Accessorize underwent a brand refresh, adopting a new logo. While advertising posters employed the new logo, the Broad Street shop sign was not updated.
