Boxclever (domestic appliance rentals company)

Boxclever was a domestic appliance rentals company formed in 2000 through a merger of Radio Rentals and the rental arm of Grenada (both companies established 1930). Its advertising strapline promised 'great TV forever' but it was ironically rather short-lived, entering administration in 2003.

2001 - Rival TV rental companies Radio Rentals and Grenada merged to form a new company, Box Clever. Broad Street's Radio Rentals branch thus updated its branding to that of the new entity.
